Dr. B. R. Ambedkar - He was the first Ph.D in Economics and first double doctorate in Economics in South Asia and served in various capacities such as Labour Minister and Law Minister in pre and post-independent India respectively. To add glory, He is the Architect of the Indian constitution. He was the first Scheduled Caste to go abroad for a Master degree and Doctorate. He was accredited with noble task of safeguarding the interests of the most downtrodden people of the world, the Scheduled Castes and Tribes for their dignified life. He fought for the rights of Scheduled Cates through out his life and bought them “Communal Award” and finally settled with “Poona Pact”. Ultimately he was never been defeated by the evil designs of Mr. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar introduced Women Rights in the form of “Hindu Code Bill” in 1952 itself. He is the man changed the religious landscape of India by denouncing Hinduism and embracing Buddhism as a way for human development.
